LUCID is a guided descent into breath, sound, and connection.
We begin with active, music-driven breathwork, designed to move energy, open the body, and expand your state of awareness. From there, you’ll be led into a curated soundbath immersion, allowing the nervous system to soften and integrate. We close with chef-crafted nourishment and space to connect, reflect, and stay human.
