A peaceful ocean-view bungalow with a premium queen-size bed and two twin sized beds, soft linens, and curated bathroom amenities. This space includes a private patio, mini bar, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a filtered water station—creating a quiet, grounded environment for rest and reflection.
Shared room pricing is for guests booking together (friends or partners). Solo guests may book only private. If booking with a friend/partner email hellosunroom@sunroomchicago.com names after purchase.
FAQs
How does room sharing work?
Shared Bungalows and Treehouses are only available to guests booking together as a pair or trio. These rooms offer discounted per-person rates that require mutual agreement among guests sharing the space.
If you’re traveling solo, your options are:

What airport do I fly into?
San Salvador International Airport (SAL). Scheduled round-trip airport transportation between the airport and Mizata is included with your retreat. To be included in the group shuttle, we ask guests to book flights arriving by 2:00 PM on arrival day and departing between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on departure day.
Guests traveling outside of these recommended windows may need to arrange private transportation directly through Mizata at an additional cost.
If you'd like to arrive a day early to settle in before the first arrival day we'd be happy to help. Simply email us after booking, and we'll connect you with the Mizata concierge to arrange additional accommodations and transportation.
What’s included in the retreat price?
Six days, five nights of accommodations; daily movement, breathwork, and meditation practices; sunrise rituals and sunset integration; two nourishing meals per day; sound bath and Temezcal ceremony; hot springs tour; unlimited beachfront horseback riding; unlimited access to Mizata’s pools, beach, sauna, and cold plunge; and ample leisure time for rest.
Is El Salvador Safe?
Yes. Our retreat is held at Mizata, a private, gated eco-resort with 24/7 staff and coordinated transportation. It’s a well-traveled, secure destination that hosts wellness groups year-round. As with any international trip, we recommend checking the U.S. State Department’s travel guidance for the most up-to-date information.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A $1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance may be paid in full at any time or through automatic monthly payments. The full balance must be paid before the retreat begins.
By selecting the monthly payment option, you authorize The Sunroom to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the agreed payment schedule. If a payment is declined or missed, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. All payments made, including the $1,000 reservation deposit, remain subject to the cancellation policy below.
If you cancel more than four months before the retreat start date, all payments made beyond the $1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within four months of the retreat start date, all payments are 100% non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, emergencies, travel delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
What’s not included?
Airfare, spa services, massage, surf lessons, optional excursions, and treatments at Thrivelab’s longevity clinic (IV therapy, stem cell therapy, hyperbaric chamber).

What should I pack?
Closer to the retreat, you'll receive a detailed packing guide with everything you'll need. We'll also open a private WhatsApp group before the retreat where you can connect with the group, ask questions, receive important updates, and coordinate travel as the experience approaches.
How much free time is there?
Every day includes spacious leisure windows for rest, sun, journaling, swimming, or simply slowing down. This retreat is intentionally balanced, immersive, but not overscheduled. All activities are optional, this retreat is set at your own pace.
I've never done breathwork or meditation before.
Perfect. Our experiences are accessible to beginners while remaining meaningful for those with an established practice. You'll be guided every step of the way.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many guests join Sacred on their own. Our experiences naturally foster meaningful connection while honoring plenty of time for solitude and reflection.
